It is always God's will to heal

First... not what the Title is about, that is next! But this is the power of Godly Relationships! Great class!

Barry Bennett-Discipleship Evangelism Level 3 Lesson 4

The Power of Godly Relationships

How important are our relationships? What value or importance do they hold in our lives?
Proverbs 13:20 “He that walks with wise men shall be wise, but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.”
2 Corinthians 6:14 “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness?”
You can say what you want, “oh I wont be affected by them” but the more you are around them without moving them toward the light, the more they will pull you back into that world.
How can you classify your relationships?
Long term and Seasonal,
Long term, people you spend life with (Family), and seasonal is simply through a certain season for a certain purpose in life. (Friends)
Fellowship relationships, church or school, more casual, not really “yoked” together, but fellowship, you see them at church or school.
Family Colossians 3:18 “Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands as in the lord, husbands love your wives and do not be bitter toward them. Children obey your parents in all things for this is well pleasing to the Lord. Fathers do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.” This is the way to treat your long term relationships, family.
Amos 3:3 “Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?” if you spend time with someone, you are agreed with them in one sense or another.
Proverbs 17:17 “A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity”
Fellowship Acts 2:42 “And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” Who do you want to spend time around?
A Godly Relationship is one in which you and the other are walking with God and inspiring and pushing each other forward in the things of God.
Hebrews 10:24-25 “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: (This is a Godly relationship! To provoke each other to love and good works!) Not forsaking the assembly of ourselves together, as the manner of some, but exhorting one another…”
2 Timothy 2:22 “Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.” Those are the people you should be with and who you should be for those who are with you.
What is an ungodly relationship?
1 Corinthians 15:33 “Be not deceived, evil communications(Fellowship) corrupt good manners”

This is all so true, you have to understand that those you are with will make you who you become, they will eventually change your way of thinking and acting, for better or worse.

Now, it is always God's will to heal, Fact.
no this is not a very thorough amount of note taking, but you can listen to the whole teaching on the website, www.awmi.net and go to audio teachings.

Andrew Wommack-It is Always God’s Will to Heal

Jesus never put sickness on a single person, and Jesus never refused to heal a single person!
God anointed Jesus of Nazareth who went about doing good and healing ALL who were oppressed of the devil. Sickness is of the devil-it is a curse in the old testament even! And healing is of God, it is a blessing in even in the old testament!
He is the express image of the Father, and he went about doing good, and healing ALL who were oppressed OF the DEVIL, not of God!

So why isn’t everyone healed?
Healing is governed by laws.
Where is boasting then? It is excluded, by what law? Of works, no! But of faith!
Faith is a law, if it is a law, it is universal, and constant, like Gravity, when something falls, you don’t say that gravity just spiked by about 10 times! All of the laws that govern electricity have always been around, we simply didn’t always know them, or know how to use them! So with faith, we have to know how to use it! We have to know the laws of faith and know how they work.
Laws are not based on how sincere or noble you are, it is not based on you trying to be worthy, Jesus made you worthy and you can’t change that. If you don’t make the right connections then the power of God cannot flow to heal. The electric company generates the electricity and once it gets to your house it is then under your control, you can turn the lights on and off! Our power is on! It is in our authority to use it by following the laws that control things!

God doesn't control everything! He has put laws in place and cannot go against His own word that is upholding the world! If He did, then everything would fall apart! Simple as that!

Now, this is who you should be in Christ, and who I am in Christ--though it is in the process of working its way into my physical life right now--and always becoming more and more evident in that.

Lawson Perdue-In Christ Realities Lesson 1

Proverbs 23, “As he thinks in his heart so is he”
“The man who thinks he can, and the man who thinks he can’t, are both right.”
You are new and complete in Christ.
Your new man is not weak.
Not lacking.
Not needy.
You have everything in Christ to be everything God wants you to be.
You can begin to approach life as a victor rather than a victim now!
When God made us new in Christ He completely changed us!

And that is it for now, Be Blessed, Live loved, And rest well!
